What types of companies or organizations is Newell Circle a fit for?
Great question! Newell is typically best suited to small and mid-sized businesses and startups. Many of our clients are solo operators or have a small team but no marketing & branding expertise. Others may have more sizeable teams with a marketing department that needs additional, specialized support for design and/or web development. How does your process work?
Our process is 3 simple parts:

We devise a plan specific to your unique business goals, opportunities, and challenges through our ReadySet process. - Producing
Should you choose to hire our team for a full project, we implement various pieces/components identified via ReadySet through an intensive sprint modeled after one of our standardized service packages (Starter, Power-Up, or Blast Off). Typically this takes anywhere from 2-8 weeks. We aim to get you off the ground and going – supa fast! - Promoting
We work with you to finalize all respective components of your brand & marketing strategy and showcase it to the world.
What can I expect from your ReadySet planning process?
ReadySet provides everything you need to get your business ready to go! Through our ReadySet process, we’ll identify your unique challenges and business opportunities and then deliver a customized plan to get your brand moving in the right direction. From there, you can choose to implement on your own, or hire us to take care of it for you.
The cost is $499 and is applied to the full project if you decide to move forward with us. That said, plenty of businesses just buy ReadySet on its own because it is so valuable. There’s truly no strings attached and no commitment required outside the initial $499 payment.
I already know what I need - can I just skip ReadySet?
No. We strongly believe in the power of our ReadySet process and are confident moving through this process will help illuminate new and unexpected opportunities for you and your business. We can’t confidently sell you a service-package without a clear understanding of your business needs – ReadySet helps clarify our shared approach and ensures both our teams are set up for success.
And as an added bonus, the $499 investment for ReadySet gets applied to your full project balance if/when you decide to move forward, making it essentially risk-free, even if you feel you already have a good understanding of your specific needs.
How does this differ from a typical agency retainer model?
Typical agencies bill for a set amount of hours every month. With Newell, the price you see if the price you pay – period. We don’t offer packaged retainers and there’s no hours or overages to track. Instead, we’ve packaged our services for intensive, project-based engagements in a way that enables flexibility based on the needs of your business. If you need more regular, ongoing retainer support at the end of your project, we will build an agreement specific to your needs or connect you with another appropriate resource.
What if I need ongoing marketing support?
Our service packages are specifically for projects. We always start with project-based engagements for new clients to help assess whether there is a long-term fit and whether the ongoing needs of the business align with our specific skills and services. If you need more regular, ongoing support at the end of your project, we will work with you to build an agreement specific to your needs or connect you with an appropriate resource who can help.
